Production / Packing Operative Cwmbran | £12.21-£12.32 per hour | Temporary Ongoing | Full-Time | Immediate Start Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production / Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran. This is a temporary ongoing role offering stable, full-time work within a supportive manufacturing environment. The position can be physically demanding and repetitive, so reliability, focus, and a strong work ethic are essential. Key Duties Production and packing of aerosol products. Carrying out visual inspections to ensure product quality. Working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Following written and verbal work instructions accurately. Complying with site policies and Health & Safety procedures. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across all areas. Supporting production and packaging operations to meet daily targets. Hours and Pay Shifts include days and rotating AM/PM shifts. Flexibility is essential to meet business requirements. Pay rate of £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.32 per hour after 12 weeks. Overtime paid after 39 hours (Monday to Friday). Shift premium payable after 12 weeks when working rotating AM/PM shifts. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable with good timekeeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
