I’m partnering with a forward-thinking engineering business near Warrington that specialises in the design and build of bespoke machinery for high-tech industrial applications. With a growing project pipeline, they’re looking to add an experienced Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer to their team.
- Designing electrical systems and control panels for bespoke machinery
- Creating detailed schematics and layouts using CAD tools (e.g. EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical)
- Working closely with mechanical, software and project engineering teams to deliver turnkey solutions
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
- 5 years’ experience in electrical or hardware design experience, ideally involving Panel Design
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software
- Good understanding of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives and industrial electrical systems
