Do you have strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast paced control room environment? Based in Exeter you will join a professional control room team at a state of the art 24/7 control room which monitors sites across the UK. If you have a strong work ethic with a passion for customer service and professionalism then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:
- You will work in a small team responsible for monitoring client premises across the UK.
- Operation of systems in a professional manner
- Operation of remote monitoring systems
- Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner
- Liaise with emergency services when required
- Respond and remain vigilant to threats and risks
- Produce written incident reports
- Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner
