Do you have strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast paced control room environment? Based in Exeter you will join a professional control room team at a state of the art 24/7 control room which monitors sites across the UK. If you have a strong work ethic with a passion for customer service and professionalism then this could be the role for you.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Happy to work the following shift pattern: 6 on/4 off (x earlies, 2 lates, 2 nights, 4 off): X2 Earlies, X2 Lates (1400–2200), X2 Nights
  • Strong administration skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a professional manner

Responsibilities:

  • You will work in a small team responsible for monitoring client premises across the UK.
  • Operation of systems in a professional manner
  • Operation of remote monitoring systems
  • Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner
  • Liaise with emergency services when required
  • Respond and remain vigilant to threats and risks
  • Produce written incident reports
  • Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner
  • Respond to general queries
