My client, a MEDIA/CREATIVE business based near KINGS_CROSS_STATION, is seeking an accomplished MANAGEMENT_ACCOUNTANT to join them on a whilst they begin their next exciting growth phase. This is an incredible time to join this amazing business who really value their staff.

THE ROLE

• Prepare month end OPEX position across all entities
• Liaise with the shared service centre to reconcile and review OPEX nominals ensuring all items are posted into correct accounts
• Update and reconcile the balance sheet schedules to the GL on a monthly basis; following up on any aged items and/or queries
• Post into and reconcile all OPEX accounts ensuring they tie back to the GL
• Month end File preparation
• Group reporting tool input / uploads
• Journal posting across all companies, posting all OPEX journals, as well as ad hoc journals
• Calculate and process recharges across intra-group companies
• Preparation of budget holder files for key OPEX accounts and communication of these to budget holders
• Assist with forecast and submission of OPEX on a rolling basis and for Group forecast deadlines
• Audit assistance
• Intercompany adjustments
• Concur and Soldo expense management
• Ad hoc tasks including periodical analysis and group reporting

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Either part-qualified / studying or qualified by experience
• Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, IF, AND, OR statements)
• Energetic, driven individual
• You will need to have experience of preparing end to end management accounts
• US GAAP knowledge would be a great to have
