Job Title: RF Engineer Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom Reports To: VP Engineering Job Type: Full-time Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 + Benefits Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team in the development of cutting-edge RF solutions. This role focuses on designing and evolving application-specific Integrated Passive Devices (IPDs) that are key components in advanced RF systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, modeling, and optimization of passive components such as inductors, transformers, and couplers. These components will be created on complex substrates to meet critical RF performance criteria and product constraints. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Create high-performance passive components including inductors, transformers, and capacitors, with a focus on optimizing parameters such as Q, component values, and size. 3D Modeling: Develop 3D models of designed components to enhance understanding and facilitate further product development.
