Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (full time equivalent) + 5 weeks annual leave (bank holidays excluded) + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Your role:
- Full time or Part time requirement
- Focusing primarily on Triage, acute on-the-day appointments and long-term conditions
- 15-minute appointments
- Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments

- No home visiting requirement
- Primary Care experience heavily preferred
- MUST be an Independent Prescriber
