Atrium are looking for an accomplished Omnichannel Production Manager to create a single point of contact for operational execution across all omnichannel campaigns for brands promoted in European, APAC, and ICON Markets. The role is responsible for tactical planning and execution based on the established omnichannel strategy for priority product/brand launches and in-life portfolios.
The Omnichannel Production Manager ensures tactical plans are carried through and delivered with a focus on quality, accuracy, urgency, and flawless on-time/on-quality execution. This role requires expertise in project management, digital marketing execution and stakeholder collaboration to drive successful campaign outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Partner with OmniChannel Strategists and brand team(s) to understand marketing campaigns and overall brand strategy to best provide direction on production and execution on marketing assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Omni Channel Strategists, brand teams, and creative teams to understand specific project requirements.
- Accountable for development of content timelines.
- Accountable for the content to be delivered as planned across all channels.
- Act as an SME for tools and platforms, operating models, and processes used to support project management, workflows, timelines, finances, and successful delivery of tactics.
- Lead and participate in status meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key projects.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise workload to support brand strategies, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within production management and drive innovation initiatives.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships across all production partners.
- Utilise Agile methodologies to optimise workflows and improve execution efficiency.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Digital marketing operations experience (execution) within a large, complex organisation.
- Omnichannel marketing management, campaign planning, and budget tracking.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with content management systems, marketing asset specifications, templates, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance data and its impact on decision-making.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Experience with taxonomy and content tagging is desired.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desired.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit reports and presentations.
- Fluency in English AND either Spanish or Italian is required.
