Top UK law firm requires a Junior Legal PA to join its Guildford office on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has just completed their Legal Secretary course or for individuals with administrative or customer service experience looking to gain exposure in the legal sector.
Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is always provided
- Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate
- Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Secretarial Leads or Executives i.e. photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
- Prepare files for costs assessments
- Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business
Junior Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months administration experience
- GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
