We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, forward-thinking property services provider seeking experienced Residential Surveyors across the UK, with a particular focus on the London/M25 region. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly from home with immediate fee-earning capability. You’ll carry out Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) without any lender panel work—allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, independent residential surveys and valuations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Complete associated valuations and property assessments
- Deliver high-quality reports efficiently and independently
- Fee-earning from day one—no additional survey training required
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS with VRS accreditation
- Minimum 1–2 years' post-qualification experience preferred
- Confident in delivering L2 and L3 surveys independently
- Strong knowledge of building pathology and residential valuation
- Able to deliver 2 x L2 surveys daily or 1 x L3 survey (often without valuation)
