If you’re a sports aficionado with a digital mindset, they want YOU to join their team! Eventmasters are seeking a talented Marketing Apprentice to level up there content creation game. This is your chance to score a dream job in the exciting world of sports hospitality! Their team offers a unique chance to develop your skills and work on a variety of exciting projects. If you’re a dedicated and passionate individual with a love for sports, this is the perfect role for you! In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Sourcing and managing data General office support Creating marketing materials and resources Support the in-house email marketing team Creating social media posts on the major social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Creating blog content Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £16,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, this role is 100% office based 28 days annual leave! Smart dress code The opportunity to attend events A superb and very supportive working environment Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: A strong interest and understanding of a wide range of sports with a particular passion for either football, cricket, horse racing or rugby. Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current trends. Excellent level of written and spoken English Strong communication skills, being proactive, outgoing, a willingness to learn and to ask questions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Creative flair Able to generate ideas and put them into practice. Existing knowledge of using social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok would be beneficial Existing knowledge of using Canva or Adobe Suite would be beneficial Existing knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut or Capcut would be beneficial Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English Your Training with Baltic: You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Content Creation Apprenticeship, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals. Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you’ll delve into two Be-Spoke modules and one advanced Expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise, positioning you as a true leader in your field. The Be-Spoke and Expert modules you will complete are: Data for Marketers – Harness data for evidence-based marketing, driving customer engagement and maximising ROI. Prompt to Perform – Master advanced techniques to create precise prompts and maximise the effectiveness of Generative AI outputs. Google Analytics – This hands-on, up to date training teaches apprentices how to navigate the platform, analyse reports, and extract actionable insights to optimise your website – all while gaining an industry recognised GA4 certification.
