Overview: I am recruiting 3 experienced Support Worker’s to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals with autism and other mental health issues. Responsibilities: – Must be able to perform observations to a high level – Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper documentation – Provide one-to-one support to individuals with autism/brain injury – Implement strategies based on applied behaviour analysis techniques – Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans – Support individuals in daily activities and personal care needs – Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Requirements: – Proficiency in medication administration and patient care – Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis principles – Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorders – Strong interpersonal and communication skills – NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care or related field JBRP1_UKTJ
