Join a leading digital transformation consultancy. Our client, a dynamic and growing consultancy, is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Consultant to join their expanding team. As a specialist in ServiceNow, you will play a key role in designing and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions across a range of sectors, supporting clients through their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow workflows and modules.
- Deliver strategic consulting services, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through ServiceNow.
- Ensure solution designs are aligned with best practices and scalable enterprise architecture standards.
- Work across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.
- Provide leadership during pre-sales and client solution workshops.
- Guide development teams with technical oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant in a client-facing role.
- Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, especially:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)
- HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
