We’re working with a leading professional services firm to find an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join their Nottingham City Centre office. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key function within a respected organisation known for its progressive and inclusive culture.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of credit control professionals, supporting the effective recovery of overdue accounts and driving improvements in cash flow and risk management. This role offers a blend of day-to-day leadership, strategic process input, and hands-on problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing team performance
- Compiling financial reports
- Supporting escalated queries
- Contributing to the ongoing development of internal processes and controls
You’ll also work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve aged debt and maintain strong relationships.
