An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and discreet Private PA/Nanny to join a successful family in South West London. This dynamic and varied role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual at a first or second jobber level to grow and thrive in a private household environment.
The position will be split approximately 50/50 between PA duties and nanny responsibilities, with additional elements of general house management. Flexibility, discretion and a positive, can-do attitude are key.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments, social engagements and manage calendars
- Oversee schedules, reminders and itineraries for the household and family members
- Conduct daily school runs and assist with children's activities
- Run errands and support day-to-day household operations
- Assist the principal with ad-hoc tasks, including those linked to a home-based business
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth household operations
- Track household budgets, expenses and manage light bookkeeping
- Handle personal shopping, gifting and event planning
- Schedule medical appointments and manage other personal commitments
- Support financial tasks such as bill payments and banking
Desirable (but not essential):
- Any chef or cooking experience would be a valuable bonus for occasional family meal preparation
