With a focus on Seed to Series A investments, the firm is committed to identifying and supporting the next generation of high-growth businesses with a focus on cutting-edge consumer, health, and sustainability-focused startups.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking to build out their growing investment team in London. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the investment process while playing a hands-on role in discovering and supporting some of the most exciting startups in the market. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll be working closely with experienced investors and founders alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, assess, and execute investments in early and growth-stage startups
• Conduct market mapping, commercial and financial due diligence, and present opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Develop and maintain a strong network in the startup ecosystem, with founders, VCs, and accelerators
• Monitor portfolio performance, support board work, and help scale impactful ventures globally

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Venture Capital along with previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting
• Exposure to consumer, tech, and/or sustainability-focused innovation
• Strong investment judgement and the ability to work across the full deal lifecycle
• A collaborative, agile mindset and a passion for working with early-stage founders
