Are you an experienced and skilled HGV Class C+E Bulk Tanker Driver seeking an exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious company? Our client is currently seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team as an HGV Class C+E powder Bulk Tanker Driver based in Hope Valley, South Yorkshire, S66 6RP.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class C+E Bulk Tanker to deliver powder materials to different locations.
  • Adhere to all relevant driving regulations and traffic laws to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Follow delivery schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and complete any required paperwork.
  • Must be able to start Between 04:00-06:00am Monday to Friday Days.
  • Must be prepared to work up to 12hrs.
  • MUST be prepared to do the ODD NIGHTOUT if required.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class C+E license with a minimum of 2 years experience, max 6 points & no major endorsements such as DR10, IN10, TT99 ETC. This will be checked.
  • MUST have experience in driving HGV Class C+E Bulk Tankers of some kind.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant driving regulations and traffic laws.
  • Strong commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to strict safety protocols.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when faced with challenges.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £18 per hour, minimum of 8hrs pay based on Flat rates.

  • All Drivers pay rates are based on PAYE, we do not accept LTD or Umbrella companies.
  • On top of the Hourly rate, you will accrue Holiday pay, which on average is based on 2 days a month on a 40hr week. Holidays are NOT paid in advance to make the rate look higher.
  • You are enrolled into an optional Pension scheme after 12 weeks that can be opted out.
