Going through a very busy period, our client has an immediate requirement for a Material Handler /Driver to work on a long term ongoing agency contract, working regular days Mon - Fri with some overtime available. Our client manufactures a diverse range of products that they sell to customers all over the World.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Movement of parts, materials and finished products between Departments on the shop floor.
- Replenishment of production stock.
- To support the Stores Department, ensuring stock accuracy is maintained.
- To pick component parts from various stores locations.
- General driving duties as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- Counterbalance forklift truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- The role will involve regular, repetitive lifting and handling of materials and equipment.
