Join the team in South London as a mid-level developer, focusing on Power Automate/Flow, PowerApps, and D365 Customer Engagement. You'll support the planning, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality solutions using the Power Platform. Collaborate with third-party CRM support partners on Dynamics 365 upgrades and integrations with Netsuite, Salesforce, and other ERPs. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and super users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the MSFT cloud application stack, primarily Dynamics 365.
- Resolve 3rd level application and system queries.
- Manage system data integrity and ensure data quality.
- Escalate and resolve issues with technology partners.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, drafting requirements and documentation.
- Lead or advise on technical projects and integrate business feedback into software design.
Candidate Requirements
Required:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & D365).
- Power Automate development skills, including creating flows and writing Custom Expressions.
- Understanding of CRM systems in a business environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and system integration.
- Experience with M365 Applications (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, etc.).
- Strong customer skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and projects.
- Technology or data-focused degree (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
