My client is an industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Document Controller to join the company and assist in managing groundworks and RC projects based in London, situated in Ealing, West London.

Responsibilities for Document Controller

  • Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is stored correctly in line with company protocol.
  • Assist both client and stakeholders with relevant systems training when required.
  • Continuous maintenance and management to systems throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements for Document Controller

  • Previous experience using View Point, Procore and other Microsoft packages is fundamental.
  • Experience in Chime software is essential.
  • Relevant experience working on large scale projects within the construction industry.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
