THE COMPANY

This dynamic and creative agency plan and deliver an array of events for their established portfolio of clients, ranging from international incentives to global conferences and corporate celebrations. With an array of inhouse expertise they manage all elements of the event from venue sourcing and delegate management for international events, through to app builds and full logistics for large scale conferences. They have longstanding partnerships with their trusted suppliers and transparency with their clients which help create an honest and open working environment. With lots of repeat and new business, the successful hire will get to travel across the world for events and FAM trips as well as gaining experience of all areas of event management. THE ROLE

The company are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on all aspects of events from start to finish, whilst travelling to amazing destinations all around the world.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering and planning a broad range of events
  • Taking client briefs and logistics into overseas trips
  • Sourcing venues
  • Creating detailed proposals
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
  • Managing delegates
  • Travelling internationally to continue event management onsite
  • Managing and facilitating virtual events
  • Managing and reconciling budgets

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in the events industry, ideally within an agency setting with a willingness to travel globally. You will have a natural ability to multitask across projects and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face and virtually. Agency experience is desirable, however not necessary!

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing events. Candidates should have experience of supporting on engaging proposals and managing suppliers as well as an exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have strong conference delegate management experience, including comprehensive travel bookings and logistical arrangements, proficiency in using Cvent, and at least three years of hands-on experience in organizing and executing successful events.
