Hours: Full Time – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next, including alternate weekends)

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Care Assistants looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will join a passionate team providing Person-Centred Care and support within a professional residential/nursing home setting.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting
  • Strong understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
  • Knowledge of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, including the ability to recognize signs of abuse and follow the correct procedures for handling allegations
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the home to ensure prompt attendance
