The Role
As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support in the UK office. This is a hands-on, office-based role that will see you working across 1st and 2nd line support, collaborating with teams across the business, and helping to implement new systems and tech upgrades. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining infrastructure, resolving issues, and enabling your colleagues to work productively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across hardware, software, and internal systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when required
- Support system upgrades, maintenance, and IT improvement projects
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure
- Contribute to IT documentation and help refine internal support processes
