A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Administrator with immediate effect. Your new company are a leading developer of Heritage a New Build Housing, which also encompasses Apartments / Fats, Listed schemes, and Conversions. The role in question will initially be based on site in Bristol (Bedminster). This will be for around 18 months. Following the completion of this project, my client would like to retain the same individual for a project starting in Bath that will run for a number of years. This could therefore be a long term or 'temp to perm' role for the ideal candidate. Duties and responsibilities will include Paperwork, IT, Excel / Word, Meeting Notes, and assisting the existing Site Team with additional tasks.
