The Academy | EMEA team is looking for a Learning Analyst to join their dynamic group, where your contributions will support the growth and success of employees across the region. Responsibilities In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of learning initiatives. You’ll take ownership of the EMEA Financial Products curriculum, collaborating with external vendors and the internal global faculty to design and deliver impactful training programmes. Your expertise will help shape the Applications & Tools pathway, ensuring it remains current and effective, while your creative approach will bring to life engaging marketing campaigns to promote these offerings. From leading the implementation of client-specific learning events to managing advanced technologies like VR headsets and organising Metaverse showcase events, you will play a pivotal role in The Academy’s innovative learning journey. You will work closely with the team to support regional campus programmes, particularly during the critical entry-level training period in July and August. This involves maintaining experiential learning tools, promoting professional skills training, and assisting with the rollout of vertical academy initiatives. Your role will also include managing on-site logistics and ensuring that training events run seamlessly. Beyond programme delivery, you will engage in activities that strengthen the team’s operational efficiency. Partnering with the Talent team, you will tailor learning solutions to meet bespoke needs while maintaining governance processes to ensure compliance. You’ll liaise with vendors, overseeing purchase orders, NDAs, and invoice processing, and continually review team capacity to identify opportunities for streamlining workflows. Your organisational skills will be crucial as you assist in managing the shared mailbox, responding to client queries promptly and professionally. Team The Academy | EMEA is a close-knit team of approximately eight professionals, primarily based in Camberley and London. Together, they strive to serve their clients with creativity and innovation, supporting strategic priorities through tailored learning solutions. As a vital part of this team, you will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across all lines of business and the broader HR function.
