Staff Power is recruiting on behalf of our Driffield-based client for a Customer Service Advisor. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling sales orders, responding to enquiries, and helping build strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outbound phone calls, emails, and messages
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Answer product and company-related queries
- Share information on new products and promotions
- Provide quotes and check product availability
- Maintain customer records on the CRM system
- Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed
- Support the wider team with general admin tasks
