Our client, a subcontractor who delivers high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector, is seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on void properties and are a mixture of internal and external works. Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minutes lunch.
Desirable Experience of a Painter & Decorator:
- Must have good skills in a variety of trades such as general painting, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas.
Qualifications & Skills of a Painter & Decorator:
- Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience
- Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
- Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
- Full driving licence & van/car required
