Your new role: Interim Payroll Specialist.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven track record within payroll services and execution/ownership of running payroll.
  • Previously worked in a payroll service delivery department.
  • Knowledge of current statutory payroll guidelines and best practice.
  • Ability to accurately calculate gross to net calculations manually, including overpayment calculations.
  • Able to translate complex payroll information to a non-payroll audience.
  • Able to interpret and present complex data in a range of formats to multiple audience types.
  • Fantastic attention to detail, motivated by producing high-quality work.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach with examples of successful outcomes.
  • Experience of handling challenging conversations/complaints.

What you'll get in return: The client is looking to pay up to £250.00 per day along with excellent annual leave entitlement as well as hybrid working opportunities. The successful candidate will be subject to a basic DBS check and as soon as completed, will be able to start.
