Based in Lancaster working in great offices that are very accessible and an added bonus of free parking offering a very flexible way of working and development of career.

Youll be leading a small team, supporting a mixed portfolio of clients, and getting stuck into everything from year-end accounts and tax returns to complex queries and HMRC investigations. This isnt a tick-box role were looking for someone who genuinely wants to go above and beyond for clients.

What you'll be doing:
Leading and mentoring a team
Reviewing work, spotting issues before they become problems
Attending client meetings (remote and in-person)
Tackling complex tax queries and offering clear advice
Supporting with audits, investigations and the tricky stuff

What were after:

• ACA / ACCA qualified ideally
• Experienced gained within practice
• Solid background managing a client portfolio
• Confident with cloud systems (Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks)
• Great at building relationships and solving problems
• Calm under pressure, organised, and always looking ahead

What you will receive:

Salary £40-£45k

22 days holiday plus bank and your birthday off rising to 25 with length of service
