New Build Electrician Did cot Price Work : Up to £50,000 with van, tools and holiday pay Job Description: Clark son Evans is the largest electrical and solar installer working in the new build housing sector, wiring over 24,000 homes a year. Working for us is like running your own business but with job security and a structured career path. The more work you complete and the more organised you are, the more you’ll earn. Electricians are paid according to work completed and once up and running they earn on average £52,500. Our top-performing electricians regularly earn more than £1,200 a week. We pay a twice-yearly loyalty bonus of up to 15% of earnings. We also offer a company pension scheme and life assurance. Hours: Typically Monday – Friday, arriving at your branch by 7.00am, on site by 8.00am and finishing when the job is done. Hours will vary according to workloads. Some weekend working may be necessary at busier times of year. What you will get from us: Weekly pay based on the ‘price work’ you complete VW Transporter van & power tools Uniform including PEP Materials will be bagged up and ready for you to collect at your branch each day Support will be provided by an office-based commercial team and a local area manager Company phone with access to all relevant drawings and technical information 4-week paid induction 29 days’ paid holiday to start (including bank holidays) rising to 34 days with length of service, all paid at your average earnings Responsibilities: Wiring new homes on large housing development sites Managing a small team (typically your own workload plus one or two apprentices) Responding to the site manager’s requests and working to the build programme Submitting necessary paperwork (erg. completed test sheets and bills signed by customers) Ordering kit as required (to be supplied by our in-house wholesale division and collected from your local branch) Requirements: Significant recent experience of wiring new homes on large housing development sites Good communication, IT and organisational skills Experience of working with apprentices All candidates must have: NV Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation AM2 City & Guilds 2382 (relevant 17th Edition or 18th Edition) Full UK driving licence Desirable qualifications: 2391 or 2395 and JIB Gold card would be advantageous Clark son Evans is an equal opportunities employer and we’re proud of our fair and inclusive recruitment process.
