I\’m currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award winning organisation.

This role sits within the People Team, so your focus will be HR/People data.

You\’ll be working closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business.

You\’d be reporting into the Head of BI, with 2 direct reports underneath you.

At this level, not only would you be looking after the analysis, you\’d be guiding the strategy!

Who they\’re looking for?

Someone who can build reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end)

Have the ability to pull data/ create reports from HR systems

Be experienced with data visualisation

Be able to successfully line manage 2 analysts
