We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a dedicated charity in Guildford, recruiting a Finance Officer. This is a really exciting opportunity to help support the charity through a period of transition. They are a small and effective team who highly value culture, so being a team player is key! There will be lots of opportunities to add value and make a real difference in this role.
The ideal candidate will have worked in transactional finance and have experience with all aspects of bookkeeping and processing. Having experience with Xero would be very useful and being competent in Excel is essential. We are only able to consider candidates who are immediately available or on short notice.
WISH LIST- Experience with sales and purchase ledger processing

- Issuing monthly invoices
- Handling and processing all company and employee expenses
- Recording incomes onto Xero
- Supporting monthly payroll for circa 80 staff
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Maintaining the fixed assets register
- Supporting tasks such as credit control, month end journaling and archiving
- Handling general account queries from suppliers.
