We currently support a variety of different clients including private providers, as well as the NHS. Job Details: Provide specialised support to individuals with mental health illness, eating disorders and CAMHS, either in hospital or out in the community Conduct thorough assessments using the single assessment process, risk assessment tools, and mental state examinations to deliver top-notch nursing care to service users in the community. Opportunities available for both locum and permanent positions. Offer a variety of evidence-based therapies, including bereavement counselling, medication management, anxiety management, relaxation techniques, and problem-solving strategies Oversee and advise on psychotropic medications for service users, monitoring their effectiveness and any adverse reactions.
