With an emphasis placed on quality work, your new employer offers a long-term stable working environment based in Northern Ireland.

Your new role will involve working directly on their Northern Ireland electricity framework and covering ongoing works across the surrounding areas. Operating as a Site Supervisor, your role will offer a rewarding and varied set of responsibilities. Typical working days consist of a 7am start in the head office with a 5pm finish.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a background in utilities or civils work, with a preference held towards those who have experience within NIW / NIE / Telecoms. This role will require you to have experience of supervising labour forces and carrying out health and safety audits on site. You will be a strong-minded individual who can manage multiple teams and drive project progression while maintaining quality standards. Candidates of all working backgrounds will be considered, from those who have worked their way up on plant machinery to foremen; however, experience in a similar supervisory capacity is essential. You will need a form of Supervisor card such as CSCS or SSSMTS or NVQ equivalent. A full driving licence will be required, and you must be within a commutable distance of South Belfast for the 7am start.

This is a stable, permanent role that will see you based solely in Northern Ireland, focusing on the Greater Belfast area. You will be provided with a competitive salary reflective of your experience, which is negotiable between £30,000 - £35,000, as well as a company van, fuel and phone, laptop, 1.5 overtime rate and an on-call rota system which is typically 1 in 7 weeks.
