Role: Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical biased)

Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 5:45pm - 6:15am

Starting Salary: £55,513.50 p/a

Annual Earnings: £57,500 - £60,000 (With overtime)

The Role:

  • Planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
  • Fault finding and rectifications.
  • Ensuring reliability of the plant and looking at ways to reduce downtime.
  • Project work installing mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Single and three phase motors, carrying out electrical repairs.

Entry Requirements:

  • City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance ideally gained through a recognised apprenticeship.
  • 5 Years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the heavy industry (Aggregates, foundry, recycling, quarrying, plastics).
  • 18th Edition is desirable.
