Are you an experienced developer ready to step into a hands-on leadership role? We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to guide a skilled dev team, shape software architecture, and help deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Location: Hybrid - 1 day a week in their Leeds office
Salary: Up to £65k (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a small development team and mentoring junior developers
- Driving best practices in code quality, architecture, and agile delivery
- Actively coding and reviewing across a modern tech stack
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
