Location: High Wycombe, Bucks

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience - £1,000 company performance bonus per year

Monday - Friday - 8:45am - 5pm

In summary, the role is to support the Systems Team in the smooth running of the NetSuite ERP system, other applications, and IT infrastructure of the company. This support is facilitated by taking day-to-day responsibility for various activities. These include first line NetSuite support, NetSuite project tasks, NetSuite user training, general application and IT support together with coordination of IT subcontracted services and related duties.

Duties include:

  • NetSuite Database management, development and support
  • Work with systems team to become the first point of contact for NetSuite user support, appraise the issue to resolve simple training issues quickly without assistance; ensure tickets are logged or escalate where appropriate.
  • Assist in provision of NetSuite induction and user training where required.
  • Be first point of contact for IT issues as they arise; appraise the issue quickly to solve simple IT problems without assistance; ensure tickets are resolved, but escalate where appropriate.
  • Assist systems team in relation to new starters and leavers, which may include (but not limited to) provision of phones, hardware, software, door entry fobs etc.
  • Assist the systems team on maintenance and troubleshooting of issues (e.g., phone provider, leased internet line provider, 3rd party software).
