As a Senior Technical Project Manager within our Technology Enterprise team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple client programs in EMEA. You’ll also manage a technology squad, contribute to strategic leadership, and ensure the seamless implementation of technology solutions (VMS, ATS, CRM) to meet client needs. This is a client-facing leadership role with direct involvement in managing stakeholders, technology vendors (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.), You’ll be pivotal in shaping our technology landscape and delivering high-impact projects across RPO, MSP, and SOW programs. Lead technology projects across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. Manage and mentor a cross-functional squad of technology professionals, including business analysts and data analysts. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.) Ensure reporting and supplier performance monitoring to maintain service quality. 5+ years’ experience in RPO/MSP environments, with 3+ years’ experience working with key technology platforms (VMS, ATS, CRM). ~ Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups. ~ Expertise in technology solutions delivery within the talent acquisition space. ~ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Smartsheets. ~ Excellent communication in English (written and verbal). ~ Be part of a forward-thinking technology team driving digital transformation across talent solutions.
