The Role:

As a Senior Technical Project Manager within our Technology Enterprise team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple client programs in EMEA. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. You’ll also manage a technology squad, contribute to strategic leadership, and ensure the seamless implementation of technology solutions (VMS, ATS, CRM) to meet client needs.

This is a client-facing leadership role with direct involvement in managing stakeholders, technology vendors (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.), and internal teams. You’ll be pivotal in shaping our technology landscape and delivering high-impact projects across RPO, MSP, and SOW programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology projects across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional squad of technology professionals, including business analysts and data analysts.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to internal teams and clients, offering expertise and thought leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes, tools, and technologies within the squad and broader team.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.) to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, ensuring clear communication and strong partnership with stakeholders.
• Support new client bids and solution designs, providing technical expertise and strategy.
• Ensure reporting and supplier performance monitoring to maintain service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in RPO/MSP environments, with 3+ years’ experience working with key technology platforms (VMS, ATS, CRM).
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or squads in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Expertise in technology solutions delivery within the talent acquisition space.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Smartsheets.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders and leading public webinars or workshops.
