About the Role
As our Outbound Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of our clients' 7 outbound Lead Generators and Appointment Setters, ensuring they hit and exceed targets while maintaining high morale. You’ll be hands-on with on-the-job coaching, performance management, and strategic sales planning to maximise results.

- Leading & Coaching – Motivate and develop your team through hands-on training, real-time coaching, and performance reviews.
- Driving Sales & Hitting Targets – Create a high-performance culture where results matter.
- Implementing Sales Methodologies – Use proven B2B sales strategies to optimise conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- Leading by Example – Actively engage in outbound sales activities, demonstrating best practices and setting the standard.
- Monitoring Performance – Track key KPIs, report on team success, and continuously refine strategies.
