HGV DRIVER – WELWYN GARDEN CITY- C£30K – PLUS BONUS Are you an experienced HGV Driver? Do you live near Welwyn Garden City and are interested in joining a progressive organisation? If so then this could be the role for you! My client is an independent services company specialising in vehicle management based with this role being based in Welwyn Garden City and the head office in Hampton.. They are an established and forward thinking company who have this great opportunity within their technical facilities team. Accountabilities: General Duties: To comply with all company policies and procedures specifically those outlined in the Driver Handbook including health and safety, identification, corporate image and use of equipment To Collect & Deliver vehicles from client sites and external suppliers as and when required. To ensure that under no circumstances vehicle radio/telephone equipment are not to be switched on and/or listened to. To accurately complete the required paperwork including the ‘daily drivers log’. To assist in the collection/delivery of parts. To take vehicles to the MOT test station and also present vehicles for DOE tests. To comply with associated procedures relating to Tachographs.
