We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

This role is for a 1-year fixed term contract.

As the Recruitment Administrator your key responsibilities are

Support all stages of the recruitment process, including advertising, interviews and providing feedback

Ensure a seamless customer journey for hiring managers and candidates, advising on the recruitment process and system

Monitor the recruitment inbox and phone line, providing advice and dealing with queries

Ensure the company is compliant that shortlisting is completed; feedback is logged and right to work evidence is obtained

Assist with Learning & Development administration as required, including delivery of employee induction

About you

Previous experience working in a busy administrative function

Knowledge of Employment Law

Confident and professional in communicating at all levels

Highly organised and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
