The role:
- You’ll be responsible for leading and executing UK-specific Trade Marketing plans, managing two direct reports, and ensuring exceptional brand presence and performance across On Trade customers.

- Managing a small team of Trade Marketing Executives
- Driving brand visibility through partnerships, events and activations
- Leading agency relationships and campaign development

- 5+ years in a Trade Marketing or similar brand-facing role
- Solid experience within the On Trade channel (spirits experience a plus)
- A self-starter with strong leadership and project management skills
- Strategic thinker who loves executional excellence
- Passion for drinks, food and building brilliant brands
Must be commutable to London 1-2 days a week. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real influence and autonomy in a business that’s expanding fast.
