What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively source / Headhunt and screen candidates
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to interview coordination
• Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews
• Becoming a specialist in your market and developing a deep understanding of the industries they serve

• Fluent English and German speaker
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
