FIXRA is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in car parts and DIY essentials. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and sales across multiple platforms - including Amazon and our own DTC website - we’re driving innovation in the automotive and home improvement e-commerce space.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help boost our online presence, drive engagement, and grow sales through digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for e-commerce, digital content, PPC, SEO and performance marketing, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact.
- Digital Campaign Support: Helping to drive traffic and sales.
- Oversee all Google advertising campaigns: Including budget management, strategy refinement, and optimisation to ensure the most effective use of resources.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance.
- SEO Strategy Development: Implement on-page SEO improvements (titles, meta descriptions, product copy) and help with keyword research.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to manage internal reporting on campaign performance, delivering clear and insightful analysis to key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and drive cohesive brand messaging.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for content and campaign ideas.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, digital marketing, and social media role with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns. Proficient in data analysis, keyword research, and performance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Organised & Proactive: You can juggle multiple tasks, hit deadlines, and take initiative when spotting opportunities to improve performance.
Initiative: Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
