We’re working with a number of inclusive and nurturing schools across Leeds who are seeking committed SEN Teachers to join their teams. Whether you have experience in specialist settings or mainstream schools with SEN provision, we want to hear from you.

The Role:
  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and therapists to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
  • Track and celebrate student progress, using EHCPs and individual learning plans
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach
  • A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
