The Role:- Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and therapists to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Track and celebrate student progress, using EHCPs and individual learning plans
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach
- A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
