As they grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Consultant to join the team to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding services and strengthening their brand presence. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a lead role in the evolution of the HR service range including Reward, Learning & Development, HR Audits, Outsourced support and much, much more. There will be occasional travel, but will be based from the Bristol office 2 days per week.
As HR Consultant, you will:
- Deliver a diverse portfolio of consulting projects, including: HR audits and the development of HR strategies for our customers
- Organisational Design, Change and Reward
- Design and delivery of training and development programmes
- Ongoing HR support for SME clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for all things HR.
- Collaborate with our wider internal team comprising Talent Acquisition, People Analytics and Wellbeing experts to ensure successful project delivery, sharing knowledge and mentoring where appropriate.
- Attend networking events and HR forums
- Contribute to proposal writing and thought leadership content
What you may be:
- CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred)
- Proven experience in either a HR role at Business Partner level or above, or a client-facing HR consultancy role
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link HR solutions to business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Previous experience in creating and delivering training/coaching to Managers and HR personnel
- Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable delivering workshops and webinars
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing deadlines
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for HR innovation
