What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll primarily carry out pre-acquisition surveys for homebuyers, with opportunities to broaden into Expert Witness work, stock condition surveys, disrepair inspections and more.
  • Your focus? High-quality, client-focused work delivered with care and confidence.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Residential surveying experience and RICS or MCIOB membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS or MCIOB)
  • Strong time management, communication, and a proactive attitude
  • A degree in a related field (e.g. Building Surveying or Building Pathology)
  • Skilled with surveying instruments and reporting tools
  • Customer-first mindset and pride in doing a job well
  • Right to work in the UK
