Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Implementation Project Manager to support a key period of transformation within our client’s People function. This 3-month role will lead the design and implementation of several critical HR initiatives, including the development of a new graduate scheme, the redesign of onboarding and induction processes, and shaping their recruitment strategy and processes to align with future business needs. This role is ideal for someone with a background as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) in a small to mid-sized enterprise (SME), who thrives in fast-paced environments and has demonstrable experience in driving HR change and transformation projects. We're looking for someone with experience in organisation design who can work independently and take the lead in assessing our client’s needs and helping to shape the appropriate practices accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduate Scheme Development: Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of a new graduate scheme, including defining structure, development pathways, rotation plans, and success metrics.
  • Onboarding & Induction Redesign: Audit existing onboarding and induction processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement an enhanced, scalable onboarding experience for all new starters.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Process: Partner with stakeholders to assess current recruitment practices and develop a more effective, data-driven recruitment strategy. Streamline recruitment processes to support both volume and specialist hiring needs.
  • Change & Transformation: Act as a change agent within the People team—supporting the embedding of new ways of working and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and People team colleagues to ensure buy-in and smooth implementation of new HR initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a HRBP or HR Project Manager in an SME environment.
  • Strong track record delivering HR transformation or change projects.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing graduate programs and onboarding processes.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and modern hiring strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
