One of Europe’s fastest-growing payments platforms is looking for a VP Sales to build and lead an elite enterprise sales organisation from scratch. This is not a polishing-the-machine role. It’s building the machine.

Think: complex deals with digital-first merchants processing $40M+ annually. A team of A-players. Sales culture as a competitive advantage. Strategic land grabs that define the market.

You’ll be:

  • Hunting and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
  • Crafting the GTM engine and competitive positioning
  • Building a pipeline from zero using outbound, ABM, partnerships, you name it
  • Hiring and leading a team of exceptional fintech sales talent
  • Working directly with Product to keep us 10 steps ahead of legacy providers

You’ve:

  • Closed large, complex fintech or SaaS deals end-to-end (not shadowed, not supported — owned)
  • Built and scaled a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Operated in the messy middle between strategy and hustle
  • Got a network of merchants already sick of their acquirer’s UX

This is your shot to build one of the best sales machines in fintech — with real product, real traction, and real ambition behind it.
