The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.
- Manage Dahua's current UK account portfolio and coordinate with HQ in dealing with customer requests regarding order processing/sales activities.
- Liaise with Head of Sales Department to determine the range of video surveillance equipment to be introduced into the local market and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyse customers' reactions to all aspects of the product, price, post-sales service, etc.
- Analyse sales figures, and assist the marketing department.
- Drive target setting process, strategy formulation and action planning across programs, operations and key support functions to achieve the partner objectives.
- Provide management with feedback based on requirements of current and future Dahua products and solutions.
- Assist in the overall growth of the Dahua brand within the UK and Ireland market.
Prior experience in a sales role or account manager role will be advantageous. Good customer service skills and communication skills. Strong knowledge of MS office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems. Full clean driver’s license.
